Dance routines include the Robocop, Go-Go, Steppin' and just Hanging Out. While the steps are intense, there is a beginner level to warm-up before kicking it into high gear with the more advanced versions. This 30-minute workout takes the boredom out of getting into shape, by taking the viewer outside the gym and puts them into the dance halls. The results are a great mix of new age performing arts and conventional exercising.
